Terms and Conditions

1. Pickup and Drop-off Policy

Passengers are required to arrive at their designated pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

The shuttle will wait no longer than 1 minute at each stop to avoid causing traffic congestion and delays for other passengers.

If a passenger is not present when the shuttle arrives, the van will proceed without them. This ensures that the schedule remains consistent and fair to all riders.

2. Missed Ride & Refund Policy

Missed rides due to passenger lateness are non-refundable.

Refunds or rescheduling will only be considered if the delay or cancellation is caused by HarakaPlus (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver no-show, or operational error).

If HarakaPlus is responsible for a missed pickup, the customer will either:

  • Receive a rescheduled ride at no additional cost, or
  • Be eligible for a full refund of the affected ride.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

  • Be at the pickup point on time and ready to board.
  • Stay informed of any updates through the HarakaPlus app or communication channels.
  • Communicate promptly if they foresee an issue of making the ride.
  • Treat drivers, staff, and fellow passengers with respect and follow all safety guidelines.

4. HarakaPlus Responsibilities

HarakaPlus is committed to:

  • Providing timely, safe, and reliable transportation in line with the communicated schedule.
  • Communicating changes or delays proactively via phone, SMS, or app notifications.
  • Maintaining professional, courteous drivers and clean, well-maintained vehicles.
  • Ensuring operational integrity, including route accuracy and adherence to commitments.
  • Handling any complaints or service disruptions with fairness and urgency.
